- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM system
- Deliver personalized solutions exceeding customer expectations
- Train new team members on service protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Calm demeanor under pressure during escalations
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Proven track record of exceeding satisfaction metrics
