Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (BPO/call center preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) with basic computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
