Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and efficient support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

- Proactively educate customers on product features
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry a plus
