- Deliver exceptional multi-channel support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with precision
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with meticulous detail
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate critical customer feedback
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized support
- Train on new product launches and service protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stress situations
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Spanish language fluency (highly valued)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
