Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve complex technical issues and billing concerns using CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Document interactions accurately in real-time to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues effectively
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols and HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Achieve monthly KPIs including AHT (Average Handle Time) and FCR (First Contact Resolution)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO environment
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with emotional intelligence
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends/holidays
- College degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
