Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across voice, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
