Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, multi-channel support via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Resolve complex technical inquiries and billing disputes using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge base development
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to communicate customer feedback and trends
- Maintain detailed case documentation and adhere to SLA compliance standards
- Train new team members on service excellence principles and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Experience with quality assurance metrics and customer journey mapping
- Associates degree or equivalent technical certification required
