Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using CRM tools and collaborative problem-solving
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities in customer journeys and service protocols
- Maintain detailed case documentation and contribute to knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues and drive product enhancements
- Mentor new team members on service standards and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related experience with SaaS industry preference
- Expertise in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CXM) preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages highly valued
- Track record of exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
