Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service quality metrics
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40 WPM minimum)
- Fluent in English with clear communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Positive attitude under pressure
