Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated concerns
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in BPO/Call Center environment
- Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Professional certification in customer service is advantageous
