Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance service quality
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and policies
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and FCR
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification highly valued
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
