Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ accuracy
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, AHT, and conversion rates
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal systems
- Collaborate with QA team to refine communication scripts
- Participate in monthly process improvement workshops
- Maintain 100% compliance with data security regulations
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year BPO/call center experience
- Fluent English with neutral accent (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Customer service certification preferred (e.g., CCXP)
