Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% accuracy
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs including AHT, CSAT, and first-contact resolution rates
- Document interactions and provide actionable feedback for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and technologies
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months BPO/call center experience required
- Fluent English with neutral accent and clear communication skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
