Responsibilities
- Deliver premium multilingual support via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with first-contact resolution excellence
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and conversion targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service/call center environment
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and typing (40+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce highly advantageous
