Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium multilingual support via voice, chat, and email channels
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries with first-contact resolution excellence
  • Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
  • Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and conversion targets
