- Deliver exceptional support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance client value
- Collaborate with product teams to document feedback and drive improvements
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and knowledge base
- Train new team members on service standards and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles with measurable success metrics
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience in SaaS or tech support highly valued
