Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM) and multitasking
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
