Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues and improve service workflows
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through needs-based consultative conversations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score with personalized service approach
- Participate in continuous training on product updates and communication techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in high-volume customer service or support role
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with empathetic approach
- Ability to multitask across digital channels while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
