Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital communications across multiple channels
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Utilize Salesforce and Zendesk platforms to document interactions and track resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and enhance customer retention rates
- Adhere to strict compliance standards and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in BPO or contact center environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent and exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining quality
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- College degree preferred but not required for experienced candidates
