Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Exceed performance targets (CSAT, FCR, AHT) while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Adhere to data security protocols and compliance requirements
- Participate in continuous feedback sessions and training programs
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Fluent in English with neutral accent (written and verbal)
- Proficient in multitasking with strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
