Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in real-time while meeting quality and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and analysis
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center/BPO environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting with strong time management
- Resilience under pressure with problem-solving mindset
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on client requirements
