Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Participate in quarterly product knowledge workshops
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in tech/SAAS
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving aptitude with analytical mindset
- Spanish language proficiency (strongly preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
