Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions with precision in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities through customer feedback
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Proactively onboard new clients into our ecosystem
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in SaaS or tech sector
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with conflict resolution frameworks
- Basic knowledge of API integration concepts
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
