Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex technical issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system

- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans
- Train new team members on service protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or technical support role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Customer certification (e.g., CCXP) a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
