Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot product/service escalations
- Identify process improvement opportunities through customer feedback analysis
- Maintain 95%+ satisfaction metrics while meeting KPI targets
- Train new team members on service protocols and product knowledge
- Contribute to knowledge base content development
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry support preferred
