Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and technical proficiency
- Document interactions and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service enhancement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth
- Participate in weekly training to master product updates and service techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stress situations
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking for troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
