Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
