Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency using CRM tools
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and service protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and insights
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in Salesforce
- Proactively address potential escalations while maintaining CSAT scores above 95%
- Train new team members on service standards and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with proven conflict resolution expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification or fluency preferred
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing customer metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with active listening abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field
