Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer insights
- Maintain deep product knowledge to deliver accurate solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Support escalated customer concerns with senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related support role
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in multitasking with competing priorities
