Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product/service offerings
- Support customer retention initiatives through personalized solutions
- Contribute to team knowledge base with best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital channels
- Proven problem-solving with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service certification (CSCP or CXCP) preferred
