Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and identify trends to improve service quality

Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or support role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Experience with multi-channel support systems
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
