Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case histories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Proactively upsell solutions based on customer needs and product knowledge
- Maintain service level agreements with 95%+ resolution rate
- Contribute to team training initiatives through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles with proven success metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience handling high-volume inquiries in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in customer experience management preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
