Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce CRM and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities while maintaining service excellence
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services and industry trends
- Contribute to team goals by meeting key performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or client-facing role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry highly desirable
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
