Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex client inquiries with first-contact resolution focus
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adapt to new technologies and process updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- College degree preferred (any field)
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
