Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLAs
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate feedback and enhance offerings
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer profiles and histories
- Proactively educate customers on new features and best practices
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or client-facing roles
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
