Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with first-contact resolution focus
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 99.5% data accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot product issues and escalate critical cases
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and contribute to knowledge base
- Maintain detailed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with SaaS or tech industry experience
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling escalated situations
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Experience working in remote/distributed teams
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
