Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, multi-channel support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer issues with speed and precision
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate product feedback
- Maintain expert knowledge of company offerings and policies

Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools
- Spanish language fluency a plus
