Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and manage a high-performance team of designers, copywriters, and video editors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align visual assets with long-term business goals.
- Oversee brand consistency across digital, print, and experiential media touchpoints.
- Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to iterate on design strategies.
- Manage the creative budget and optimize production workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Review and approve final deliverables to ensure premium-quality output.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative direction or brand management, preferably within an agency or premium lifestyle brand.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste in visual storytelling, typography, and motion design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams in a collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of contemporary digital media, social platform algorithms, and brand engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
