Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of art directors, copywriters, and video producers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the entire creative lifecycle, from initial ideation and pitching to final production and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and strategic planners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in art, media, and digital communications to keep our agency at the industry's cutting edge.
- Present and defend creative concepts to clients, stakeholders, and executive boards with confidence and clarity.
- Manage creative budgets and timelines to ensure high-quality output without compromising efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a creative agency or media environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional art direction, copywriting, and multimedia storytelling.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and modern design platforms.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media landscapes, and content distribution channels.
