Responsibilities

- Mentor and cultivate a cross-functional team of art directors, motion designers, and copywriters.
- Oversee high-level production budgets and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with product and marketing leadership to translate business objectives into cohesive creative strategies.
- Maintain a consistent, premium brand narrative across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, technology, and media to keep our output cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative direction or senior design roles within a top-tier agency or media company.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing high-impact visual storytelling and cross-platform expertise.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and modern collaborative design workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing creative teams.
- Deep understanding of brand architecture and consumer psychology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing high-level stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
