Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform visual strategies that align with client brand pillars.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
- Oversee the entire creative production lifecycle, from initial pitch decks to final asset delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy departments to ensure cohesive narrative arcs.
- Direct external creative partners, agencies, and production freelancers as needed.
- Maintain high standards of aesthetic quality and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate and optimize creative assets for maximum audience engagement.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or a senior art direction role.
- A robust portfolio showcasing high-level branding, typography, and conceptual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and current social-first design trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion design tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in cultivating a culture of feedback and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
