Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual development of multi-channel brand campaigns from ideation to final production.
- Mentor and manage a team of graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure artistic excellence.
- Direct high-end photoshoots and video production sessions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into compelling visual strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital media, UI/UX, and emerging technologies to keep our output innovative.
- Manage production timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a creative agency environment with a strong portfolio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide creative talent.
- Strong understanding of digital brand marketing and consumer engagement metrics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
