Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for all brand touchpoints, including digital, social, and print media.
- Translate brand objectives into actionable creative briefs for the internal design and content teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of high-impact multimedia campaigns.
- Mentor junior creative staff, fostering a culture of innovation and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing and Product to ensure cohesive brand voice.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine storytelling techniques and optimize engagement.
- Manage freelance talent and agency partners to scale production capabilities during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related creative field.
- 6+ years of experience in agency or in-house creative leadership roles.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in brand identity, multimedia storytelling, and campaign strategy.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and proficiency in modern video editing workflows.
- Deep understanding of digital platform algorithms and media consumption trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to advocate for creative vision to executive stakeholders.
