Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative vision for all art and media projects.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and media specialists.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest industry standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, technologies, and platform-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or media communications.
- A robust, professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, and brand identity.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (After Effects).
- Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive layout strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and foster team growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
