Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated creative campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (copywriters, designers, videographers) from concept to launch
- Present creative work to C-level clients and stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AR/VR, motion graphics, and interactive media
- Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints and platforms
- Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative leadership with portfolio demonstrating major brand campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams
- Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- Experience in fashion, tech, or entertainment industries preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with client-facing experience
