Our NYC studio offers an unparalleled creative ecosystem where your ideas will transform industries.
At Lumina, we champion bold thinking and cultural impact. You’ll collaborate with CMOs on integrated campaigns spanning digital media, experiential installations, and traditional platforms. This hybrid role requires 3 days in our Tribeca studio and 2 remote days monthly, fostering flexibility without compromising collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel creative campaigns for luxury brands and tech innovators
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, copy, digital) through agile project lifecycles
- Present creative concepts to C-level stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Manage $2M+ annual creative budgets with vendor negotiations and resource allocation
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AR/VR, generative AI, and sustainable design
- Drive brand consistency across 15+ global markets while adapting to local nuances
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ years as Creative Director/AD
- Portfolio showcasing campaigns for top-tier brands with measurable ROI
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across time zones
- Degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience pitching to C-suite executives with executive presence
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Published case studies in AdAge, Communication Arts, or similar outlets
