Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience in advertising, media, or entertainment
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns with measurable impact
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field
