Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative direction, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful creative teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, digital design, and motion graphics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Mastery of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
