Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership with 5+ years as Creative Director
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging creative technologies
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex project timelines
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer psychology, and market trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to executive stakeholders
