- Present work directly to C-suite clients and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Foster a culture of innovation through design thinking workshops
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AR/VR and interactive media
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ directing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning brand campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field
- Experience pitching to enterprise clients ($1M+ budgets)
- Strong understanding of multicultural marketing principles
- Proven track record of mentoring junior talent
