- Oversee production budgets and vendor relationships
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AR/VR, motion graphics, and interactive media
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ directing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns for major brands
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
- Experience in agency or high-growth tech environments
